I possess 41 years of rich experience in Facilities Operation,Projects & Administration which includes 31 yrs experience in Projects & Maintenance in Corps of Engineers/MES (voluntarily retied as Colonel ) and 10 yrs of corporate experience in Facilities,Administration, Mall Operations & Property Management.
I am presently the Technical Head of MGF Mall Management Company at Gurgaon for the last 4 years as General Manager-Technical. I am controlling all 5 Malls of the Company (2 in Gurgaon, 2 in Delhi & 1 in Jaipur) as well as new projects of the Company including MGF Toyota. I have earlier worked for Jones Lang LaSalle (MNC) as Technical Head, Ambience Mall Gurgaon & Delhi as DGM/GM Operations & Facilities and Eros Group as Chief Manager Estates. I have set up, opened and put into operation new Malls like MGF Megacity Gurgaon (2006), MGF Metropolitan Mall Saket Delhi (2007), Regent Mall Surat (2008). Century 21 Mall Indore (2009) and Ambience Mall Vasant kunj Delhi (2011).
I am a post graduate in Engineering and FIE from Institution of Engineers (India) with PG Diploma in computer software from ET &T Corporation (Govt of India undertaking).
Being an ex Para Commando I am physically fit & mentally robust to lead an outfit in adverse circumstances.
