Rashed has 19 years of Project experience in SAP HCM. Rashed is SAP Certified. He has worked with SAP America as a Project Manager and has been part of SAP National Competency Center. Rashed possesses excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills. He has a unique talent to put stake holders and counterparts at ease. He is a member of PMI. He has been instructor for SAP Academy. Recruited and Trained consultants in USA & India.

Rashed was involved in leading the projects from inception to Go-live, including of Project Plan, Business Blueprint, and Lead QA reviews, Readiness Reviews, Upgrade and Implementation, Assessments, Recourse & Costing, identifying and closing the gaps, Realization, Testing, User Training and Post Go-live support. He was instructor and trainer for SAP Payroll in SAP Academy. He worked on Releases 3.1H, 4.0B, 4.5, 4.6B, 4.6C, 4.72, MySAP, ERP 2004 (First HCM project in USA) & ECC6.2.

Lead Global Implementations for various Private industries including Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Products, Automotive and Utility industries. Public Sector including Nuclear, Defense Industry, Federal, State, County, City, School Board & other Governmental Agencies. Implemented and supported SAP HCM for countries including Germany, Spain, France, UK, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, Brazil, etc.
