Rashad designed many distinctive architectural projects and managed the development of many others. These projects successfully complied with the business case, achieved the maximum efficiency, and fulfilled the strategic goal of the organization. They include Office Buildings, Residential, Clinics and Hospitals, Educational, Shopping malls, and Hotels projects. Some of these projects have been published in Al-Benaa Magazine.

Career objective: I am looking forward to employ my accumulated skills and expertise - more than 20 years of progressive experience covers most of the spectrum of the architectural, engineering, and project management activities from feasibility studies, design development, managing the project coordination and overall integration of technical specialties to satisfactory completion and delivery of the project - to serve a prestigious, well-established, multinational organization, to be part of, committed to, and belong to it, hopefully for the long term future, as stability is my priority. I am very well convinced that I have not given my best in my career yet, so I am striving to put myself in the appropriate environment to do so, and to get the role that I can master and be most innovative in performing, and giving the chance for my full potential abilities to flourish, no matter how much hard work or long working hours it takes.
