I am a Pharmacist who chose to do a career shift 11 years back. My passion is all about people; accordingly I started my career as Human Resources professional.

Now, I have 10+ years of diverse HR experience in pharmaceuticals and FMCGs, being HRBP for commercial, operations and support functions, in addition to being specialized as Compensation & Benefits Manager for Egypt & Jordan in PepsiCo.

I have extensive experience as a generalist handling all HR functions as well as the focus on total rewards management, including restructuring, job evaluation and Cost optimization.
