I have more than 7 years of professional experience in Shopping Mall Management, Retail Management, Leasing & retail operations. Currently working as a Mall Manager for 2.5 lakhs sqft of Shopping mall in Mysore, India .I had also involved in 40 lakhs sqft of commercial development and more than 20 lakhs sqft of Residential developments in various parts of South India. These projects involved research, development, demonstration, and commercialization of new and untested concepts.

During my professional career, I have been a part of retail malls and commercial developments playing a strategic role right from inception in terms of location, planning, positioning, budgeting, analysis and played pivotal role in setting up commercial terms and evaluation of strategizing the operational parameters, strategizing the drivers of sales improving financial gains, Strategizing of advertisement and marketing parameter with ROI.

Have sufficient knowledge in driving of business of retail in terms of forming team, formulating strategy for actuating sales and operating the establishment with the desired returns.
