• Solid background and expertise on FIDIC/ EPC / BOT / BOO/DBO contracts, Claims and VO’s, bid and proposals, contracts, and business development– specifically in mega projects.
• Knowledge of construction, engineering and procurement and other project-related activities, including their interfaces and interdependencies. Broad knowledge of industry standards.
• Business Management / Strong negotiations skills / Strong commercial management.
• Inspect all work to ensure compliance with the contract documents.
• Project management / data analysis / risk assessment / planning / tendering, proposal and contract development
• Work effectively with architects, engineers, developers, bankers, contractors, inspectors, city officials.
