Extensive experience in Design Development, Project Management, Contract Management,Planning and scheduling Techniques ,Cost Management, Planning, Monitoring & Technical/ Commercial Control of High end Resorts, High Rise & Corporate Office Commercial buildings, IT Buildings Golf concentric Townships with High end Villas,Gated Community Apartment and civil projects such post tensioning ,Double Basement structures with raft foundations and high end Luxury Villas etc. from concept to completion/final account. Conversant with all contracting practises, project planning and monitoring techniques and special software’s like Primavera and MS Project.
