Expediting

• Review of sales order files from sales department and seeking clarification in case of ambiguities.

• Planning & scheduling the task to other department involved in execution of material and distribute the work among the respective department

• Making Local purchase if any, maintaining status report for the orders placed locally and with foreign suppliers
• Making arrangement for Inspection and also make sure all technical documents are there in the respective file

• Handling Export and Import Shipment

• Responsible for getting the Quotes for the Import, Export shipment

• Responsible for clearing the foreign purchase material, Preparation of packing list and organizing the commercial invoice, certificate of origin, bill of lading, Material Test Certificate required for sales order

• Arrangement of Shipping or necessary transport arrangements required to deliver the material

• Keeping customers updated about the material status and tentative timeline within which it will be delivered

Inventory Management

• Maintaining the Entire Inventory of the Company and
Inventory Pricing.

• Coordinate with the Warehouse for all Incoming and outgoing stocks.

• Arrangement of Shipping or necessary transport arrangements required to deliver the material

• Issuance of pick slip for stock materials and requesting material arrangements at warehouse.

• Preparation and sending the delivery note to customer, clearing the same as and when the customer signs it and sends back too
• Analyze and plan the fast moving stock items, prepare stock report and assist the procurement team in purchasing the required items.
