Key Area Responsibilities:
Working as Finance Manager – Finance and Accounts at Trivitron Healthcare P Ltd and executing Reporting to CFO – Finance:-
• Overall controllership of respective Business verticals
• Margin management, Driving AOP in terms of Controlling OPEX,COGS to Improve Profitability
• Monitoring Sales Business Plan vs Actual Sales every month.
• To track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
• Preparation Annual budget and monthly Forecast.
• Every month conduct meeting to business units Head review Sales and collection forecast.
• Fixation of Customer credit limit and effective Credit Control and ensure strict compliance as per policy.
• Control over P&L, Cash Flow including variance analysis & Productivity management to track improvement path
• Verification of Service contracts and preparing monthly Service Recognitions income Report.
• Accounts Receivable Controlling, Credit block and automation in systems and collecting overdue payment
• Extend necessary support to Corp Finance team on Revenue related schedules AMC/CMC and collections.
• Coordinate with Dealers, Customers, Banks, Auditors & others as applicable in the day to day operations & as applicable.
• Preparing Division wise Monthly P&L.
To complete GST Tracking mechanism and TDS deductions process
• Division Sales and collection flash Report on daily.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
• Monthly provision rise as per Agreement. where ever its necessary
• Co-ordinate with internal Auditors & External Auditors for audit time.
• Control the payment bill processing as per budget allocation.
• Arranging for tax payment with in due date.
