Graduate Civil Engineer with Post Graduation in Construction management with about 27 years of extensive experience in the construction supervision and project management of highway projects in senior management capacities as Deputy Team Leader, Resident Engineer, Highway Cum Pavement Expert, Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quality Management Experts in Highways and roads projects funded by World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Various Central and State Government bodies, NHAI, Ashghal ( Public Works Authority, Qatar), Ministry of Environment and Forests in India and Qatar with various national and international Consultancy organisations for Expressways, National highways, State highways, Rural roads and Hill roads, Flexible and Rigid pavements. In-depth knowledge and experience in FIDIC conditions and AASHTO, ASTM, IS, IRC, MORTH (India), QCS (Qatar), BS codes, standards and specifications.
