 Good knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques.
 Familiar with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) of m/c’s to reduce Breakdowns.
 Able to train employee on required skill.
 Knowledge of 5S methodology.
 Good communication skills and an ability to work with all levels of the organization
