I have a Master degree in Science (With Analytical Chemistry). I have more than fifteen years of experience with companies like Johnson Matthey Ind. Pvt. Ltd; MMTC-PAMP Ind. Pvt. Ltd. & Sud-Chemie India Pvt. Ltd.
Much of my work experience is focused on Lab management, analytical method development, Man power plan, third party inspections, co-ordination with other departments as well as foreign counterparts, production on-time support, ensure smooth Lab operation, Lab budget via CAPEX, instrument purchase and maintenance of the same, Lab person skill mapping & training's and Lab related documentation for different industrial norms. I enjoy working in a high energy and high performance work environment.
