• Updation of Statutory Records including Register of Members, Register of Transfers, Register of Shareholders with
the Shareholding pattern, Register of Directors, etc as per the Companies Act 2013
• Ensuring compliance of Accounting standards, Auditing standards and Guidance notes issued by the ICAI &
Secretarial Standards issued by ICSI
• Meeting the Registrar Of Companies(ROC),Regional Director(RD) and other personnel at MCA & Tax Departments to
establish cordial relationship to enhance smooth flow of Professional works
• Filing of various documents online with the Registrar of Companies (RoC), including
 Incorporation of Companies(Forms INC-7,INC-22& Now INC-29)
 Appointment & Resignation of Directors (Form DIR-3,DIR-6 & DIR-12)
 Registration of Charges (Forms CHG-1&CHG-4)
 Alteration of Share Capital(Forms SH-7)
 Financial Statements (Forms AOC-4 & Forms 23AC,ACA)
 Annual returns (Form MGT-7 & Form 20B)
 Preparation of Compliance Certificates (CCs & Now Form MGT-8)
