I am an Indian national with a well-rounded management experience in Sales &Marketing, purchase, accounts, administration, production , government affairs and other areas to ensure smooth functioning of the company .I have analytical ability with demonstrated vision to direct the group resources to achieve immediate and long term goals , with focus to achieving top line and bottom line results.

My key strength is product development in different counties , from grass root level and develop key accounts and dealers , which drive and control the market .Worked for over 20 years in India with Grindwell Norton , Ceat Tyres , LG Polymers , Greaves Cotton , and for 12 years in Dubai , Nigeria and now in Thailand with Pack Delta Ltd , a part of Time Technoplast Group of India .Accomplished in developing markets for rigid plastic packaging , polymer raw materials , chemicals, fiber glass, capital equipment and FMCG products .Have widely studied , travelled and worked various countries , overseas with success in various cultural environments.

I am a team leader who believes in participative leadership style, delegate responsibility with authority, with a strong inter personal skills as growth of any organization depends on product quality, growth, market leadership and ability to attract and retain skilled talent.
