I am graduate in Metallurgical Engineering with first class from Government College of engineering, Pune in July 2003 having thirteen plus years of experience (Degree- 11.6, Diploma-02) includes:
• Practical experience of all types of testing viz. Metallurgical, Mechanical, chemical and Non destructive testing as well as Laboratory set-up, various standards, ISO: Preparation of manual, Quality procedure, Process flow, Standard operating procedure, Customer complaint and Failure analysis.
• Certified Lead Auditor (TUV- IRCA)
• All types of Inspection activity for Power plant component viz casting, Forging and fabricated component
• Supplier/Vendor development, Supplier quality for all metal forming process viz. Casting, Rolling, Forging, Drawing, welding processes (GTAW and SMAW), WPS, PQR AND WPQ.
• All types of site quality activities for Power plant execution along with IBR formalities
• New product development
• Audits at suppliers end as per SDAP with the help of SDE tool.
• Competent knowledge of Heat-treatment viz. Annealing, Normalizing, Stress relieving, Hardening and Tempering
• A keen communicator with honed interpersonal, problem solving and analytical abilities.

Currently working as a Manager in Doosan Skoda Power from last 2 years.
Previously, worked with Wartsila India ltd. (1. 9 yr), Larsen and Toubro (3.9 yr.), Sunflag Iron and Steel co. Ltd. (3.5 yr.), ISI Bars Ltd. (1 yr.) and Sharda Ispat Ltd. (2 yr.)
