I am a high caliber senior management professional, with 20+ years of experience in Securities Market operations and business transformation. As Site Manager (GIS) and Head of Operations, at the captive unit of Nasdaq (www.nasdaq.com) in India, my responsibilities - besides, managing day to day operations harmoniously –included providing leadership for developing, implementing, and communicating the overall strategy for India center for GIS, developing local talent and enhancing the stakeholders’ experiences.

Earlier (Oct 07–Jan-17), I served as Head-Global Business Services at State Street Syntel Services (www.statestreet.com), where I was responsible for growth and running the entire custody operations for the bank, across all regions. I owned the service management for India custody operations and was responsible to drive the operational performance and quality of service from India operations. In terms of hierarchy, I was amongst top 02 staff, after CEO and reported into to CEO/COO of the organization. I was a member of the Steering Committee that provides leadership for developing, implementing, and communicating the overall strategy for the organization.

I have a rich set of capital markets experience across the trade life cycle (trade processing, securities settlement, treasury and cash operations, income processing & collection and a wide swathe of reconciliations activity, fund accounting and corporate actions) across different asset classes (equities, fixed income, ETFs, FXs, mutual funds, derivatives and structured products). I have serviced a variety of clients including large IMs and Fund Groups, on both ‘Buy’ as well as ‘Sell’ side
