I have 12 years of experience in large companies in Power Distribution. I started my Journey in power distribution as Commercial Trainee at NDPL (Currentally TPDDL) where I was responsible for various roles in implementing Voice of consumer & Consumer relation initiatives. My engagement in different franchisee model like input based, BOOT & MBC as Division & District head have given me visibility across power distribution industry. It has also helped me develop strategic view on solid knowledge of operations Implemented various programs and initiatives in Consumer service like RAY, People Power-An Awareness campign for energy efficiency at different companies like Torrent Power, Essel utilities, Enzen, Odisha. Also Engaged in TBEM assessments as Internal Assesor & have given me visibility across Tata Group. Involved in handling various models of restructuring of the sector, Efficiency Improvement projects, Process in Distribution Franchisee model deployment etc. Formulation of strategies for Distribution loss reduction, Revenue Cycle model implementation, devising Standard Commercial Processes, Customer care modules are certain key attributes of my career in Agra & Nagpur power distribution privatization. Currently Division Head of Angul Electrical Division, Odisha managing P&L of the Division.
