I am currently working as Head Technical Services in Tata Institute of Fundamental Research leading their master plan for setting up their new 209 acres state of art campus at Hyderabad. Prior to this I worked for IDBI Bank and I have taken Voluntary Retirement to pursue new career options after putting more than 20 years service in bank having played major role in its Branch Network Expansion(more than 175 branches), Maintenance of their Corporate Office space(6,00,000 Sft), 1200 Residential Properties, 50 acres of staff training college, etc at Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune & Ahmedabad. Developed various procurement and maintenance policies, control mechanisms, works manual, etc Bank. I have also worked in the areas of General Administration, Corporate Finance, etc as additional responsibilities, whenever required by Bank.
Currently looking for senior role position in Corporate Real Estate, Facilities & Infrastructure Management and General Administration in reputed Banks/Financial Institutions/Retail/Telecom/etc in India since implementation of master plan at TIFR is delayed.
