Epoxy steel. No need nails sealant, Elastomeric Acrylic coating, Light Weight Wall Putty, MS
Hybrid, Contact Adhesive, RTV High Temperature Gasket sealant.
 Preparing all necessary documents and attachments for inspection and testing requirement
 Solid experience in batch documentation, daily production report.
 Directing ,coordinating and advising personnel in test procedures for analyzing components and
physical properties of materials
 Preparing technical papers and reports. Preparing standards and specification for process,
facilities, products and tests
 Checking of sealant grinding and color matching
 Ensuring that materials are labeled properly and define resolution.
 Developing standard procedures to improve quality and efficiency
 Surprise visit to check the online production process
 Investigate the issues, analyze the sealants in mixing time
