I am a self made person with experience in finance in different types of industries. Having worked in India, Uganda and Tanzania, I gained good exposure & trained number of people to handle finance in an efficient manner. I believe in sharing the knowledge to see the development in and around me. I always try to upgrade my knowledge to stay on the top of the problem. Number of occasions I practiced management by exception and crisis management and succeeded in solving the issues. I believe in self discipline and never compromise my professional ethics to monetary benefits. This attitude costed me and I had to switch over to other assignments.
