Dear Sir,
      A brief about my educational background & professional experiences is given below. In addition, a copy my Resume is attached here with for your reference purposes.

  1. After completion of B.Sc. in Chemistry Honours, I had joined B.Tech./M.Tech programme in Applied Chemistry with specialization of POLYMER SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY (formally Dept. of Plastics & Rubber Technology) & completed the M. TECH degree in 1988.
  2. Then joined Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur for Ph. D. programme at Rubber Technology Centre, after receiving Senior Research Fellowship from CSIR (Council of Scientific & Industrial Research), New Delhi. The Ph.D. subject was Electro-Conductive Rubber Composites with characterization of Percolation phenomena & EMI Shielding Effectiveness, Mechanism of Conduction with particulate Carbon Blacks & Carbon Fibers & completed Ph.D. programme in 1992.
   3. Joined again as a Research Associate (Post Doctorate) under CSIR at Rubber technology Centre, IIT, Kharagpur & continued the same up to 1994. During my tenure at IIT, Kharagpur I had published around Eleven Research papers & written a Book Chapter (with help my Guides & Professors) on Electro-Conductive Rubber composites based on Carbon Fibre & Carbon Black.
    4. In 1994 joined as a Technical Manager at Super Seal India Ltd., Faridabad (manufacturers of Oil Seals & Hoses) & continued more then 17th years with several positions.
    5. At Present (from 2011), I am working as a Head R & D (Application Development & Technical Services for Rubber/Plastics/Paints & Coating Industries etc.) - Specialty Engineered Carbon Black (SECB) Products (Super Conductive/Semi-conductive/ Other Specialty Carbon Black Products for Pigmentation, UV resistance etc.) & ASTM grades Carbon Black products at Continental Carbon India Limited, Ghaziabad, India.
