Priyanka Basu Ray

I'm Priyanka Basu Ray, and I'm looking for change in the HR Domain. My work experience includes 7.5 years in HR & my overall experience is about 9 + years.

I'm currently working with a fast growing entrepreneurial set up called Trinity Health Technologies Pvt. Ltd (www.trinityht.com). Trinity is a brand partner of Core Health and Fitness which is a global fitness equipment company (www.corehandf.com). I joined them in November 2015, and got promoted twice in a period of 10 months (April 2016 & October 2016) Currently, I Head the HR function for the Business Unit for India and Middle East.
Prior to this, I was working with ITC Limited (www.itcportal.com), with whom I have spent for 6.5 years in two stints, one was with the Head Office of Personal Care Products Business (2011 - 2015) & the other was with the Regional Sales & Marketing Office (2005 - 2007). In both my stints in ITC, I have been lucky to have a good exposure across almost all aspects of HR.

I have completed my Post Graduate Certification in Human Resource
Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
