I am Premnath P P, working as Assistant Manager- Purchase and logistics in Muthoot Fincorp ltd, its a company with 3850 branches all over India and a staff strength of 21,000. I am looking after the PAN India Purchase for Muthoot Fincorp as well as the group company. Job profile are finding out the right Product as per the requirement from user or user department, floating to vendor, negotiation, fixing price, budgeting, Projection, comparison, purchase requisition, Purchase order issuing , SLA negotiation, verification, Advance processing, payment process, GRN creation, Bill processing, final payment and settlements.Give advice and guide our team to follow the purchase process, maintain end to end tracking from purchase to payment. Preparing the weekly, monthly and yearly report on the basis of profitability and negotiation.
The Materials were procured on a Rate contract basis which is finalized on the beginning of financial year. All the material procured are necessary branch operation which makes it complex and doing it on time. I could match the job description with my profile and willing to complex contracts.
The last year procurement cost was close to 20 Crore INR and would like to handling large volume projects with the allocated budget. With the efficient cost saving measures and negotiation I could save 3.5 Crore INR.
My previous 4 and half years of experience were in FMCG stock control and Purchase. I worked as a stock controller in J.SAINSBURY'S Ltd, London, they are the number one FMCG retailer in UK. I been in there in the regional team and handling stock control for north London branches.
I done my graduation in Chemistry from Kerala University in India and taken Post Graduation diploma in Business Administration from London.
