WORKING EXPERIENCE:-
E-homes infrastructure pvt. ltd. (20/05/2017-Currently)
I am working in E-homes infrastructure pvt. ltd. Company as a Planning Engineer. I am assisting V.P and coordinated with AGM, GM, PM, 5 tower civil engineer, non tower civil engineer, construction contractors, MEP team, Quality team, safety team, store team and head office.
I was making Daily progress report and Labor deployment report but now i am monitoring and handling all the things as a active initiator to generate executive plane for the site team under the direction of V.P and C.M.D.


Kashyapi Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (19/03/2015 – 04/09/2016)
At starting, I was working in Kashyapi Company’s head office for searching tender according to company profile and prepared all related documents for that tender. Working in Indore (M.P) as an Electrical Site Engineer under NBCC Client in Kashyapi Infrastructure Pvt Ltd for Construction of B.S.F Camp and then posted to handle Power Grid Guwahati Project of 4.94 Cr from the start as a Deputy Project Manager.

JOB PROFILE:-
1.) As per client's drawing & BOQ, we were installing MEP items.
2.) I had done MEP billing & supervised MEP supervisors and foremen.

5.) Duties encompassed reporting progress, construction problems, resources and administration.
6.) Delivered quality construction by closely monitoring the works.
7.) Liaise with the client and consultants resolving all on-site and contractual problems.
8.) Ensure the electrical work has Complied with the specifications, codes, and standards and according to the drawings.
9.) Create new resources for the site in Economical rate by collecting quotations.

At starting I was representing products to the customer and conveying customer requirements to the product management team. Due to my technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills I was shifted in Bhiwadi as a Production and Electrical Maintenance Engineer where I had trained under Chinese engineer in the field of drive maintenance and troubleshooting of wire drawing, intermediate and online annealing machine. In this company, we were producing Copper & Aluminium wire from 8mm rod to 0.215mm-0.080mm fine wire with annealing.
As an Electrical Maintenance engineer my responsibilities were to:
1.) Maintenance & troubleshooting of A.C. Drives, wire drawing machine, intermediate machine, block machine,

1.) Prepares product, operator production and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
2.) Manpower handling & their best use in line. Manpower planning (monthly, weekly and daily basis).
3.) Implementation of different & new systems introduced time to time in production to increase productivity.
4.) Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.

The project was based on application of Allen Bradley PLC. Using PLC Fan, Light and Tv automatically switch on or off according to a condition that anyone is present or not present in that home.
