I am an audiologist and speech language pathologist currently settled in Chennai.i completed my graduation in speech and hearing from AWH college Payyanoor under kannur university in 2010.
I started my carrier at Govt.Medical college Kozhikode Kerala in october 2010 .I worked there for three and half years ,during those periods i got opportunity to work with senior professionals.There i did hearing evaluations for 30 patients /day by using various instruments like pure tone audiometer,immitance, Bera, OAE etc.I did pre ,peri and post cochlear implant assessments,Mapping and Auditory verbal therapy.There i deal with variety of communication disorders like voice cases,articulation cases,fluency,language cases,neurological cases (aphasia, dysarthria, apraxia, cerebral palsy etc).I completed my contract period in April 2014.
From 2014 i got a chance to work with NEST ( caring for children with challenges)team.i did variety of speech language case assessment and intervention,i started an audiology department there. Along with this i had an another responsibility that i got a promotion to the post of Principal of that institution.There i worked till April 2016 after that i relocated to Chennai Thamil nadu.
In Chennai i started my carrier at Shabdham hearing aid centre from March 2017.During these period i did hearing evaluation and vertigo assessment by using various instruments like puretoneaudiometre, immitance,
OAE, BERA, VEMP.
I did selection ,fitting and programming of various hearing aids (Siemens,oticon,phonak,audioservice,starkey etc).
I did various speech language cases evaluation and therapy.
