Inventory Planning & Replenishment :-
• Manage Order fulfilment cycle for Stock, Sales Order & Direct Orders to meet the customer fill rate of 97.3%.
• Managing the Inventory Levels across the Warehouses.
• Conducting the regular review of Inventory Levels at the Warehouses & Backlog Orders.
• Sharing an Update to Business/ Commercial for the Shorting on the Inventory Levels & Fill Rate goals.
• Analyzing the Customer Forecast/ Demand at the SKU level to ensure proper inventory balance at the all warehouses.

• Responsible for creating the purchase requisitions for placing the weekly purchase orders.
• Creating the purchase orders on weekly basis and managing SKU profiles by utilizing
system (SAP ERP & APO) capabilities.
• Managing the Warehouse space by referring the warehouse space utilization report and accordingly controlling the Inbound no. at warehouse coming from various production plants.
• Forecasting the expected number of inbounds coming to warehouses with the help of Future Production plans.
• Review the product age management report to re-deploy the product across the network as needed.
• Review actual inventory movement vs. forecast to proactively react to demand trends (High/ Low).
Co-Ordination: -
• Co-ordinate with distribution resources that include Warehouse planners, Plant Planners, Transportations coordinators, Production schedulers, Demand Planning and other US based resources.
• Participate in the meeting for seasonal SKU’s, New Products, Customer specific promotions, Service meetings.
• Schedule meetings with Plants/CSF’s to align on processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Analysis & Reporting:-
• Identify the reasons for shortfalls on customer orders.
• Analyze and report Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s- case fills, Transportation mode, Load Efficiency & reposition etc.) affecting the transportation costs.
• Provide service risk projections for short term and long term.
• Analyze and report key drivers (demand trends/ production issues) impacting variances in weekly service level performance.
