My HR management experience has been in hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Healthcare, Retail and Manufacturing industries. In addition to leading the HR department, I am a strategic Group HR Manager in my current position and serve a professional and an international group. My 15 years in different departments of Hospitality industry, ’initially in Front Office, Food & Beverage, Accounts/ Admin, HR & Operations allowed me to be a successful professional. I have a strong, proven record & experience of opening of new outlets and Over 10 years as a Human Resource professional in the UAE have allowed me to grow and develop professionally and as a strong & dynamic leader.


I established a performance development and career planning process that utilizes both internal and external development opportunities for employees including mentoring, job-shadowing and team leadership. I am anxious to contribute to a new organization with the same energy, creativity, and commitment that I have brought to my past positions.
