I have gainful experience with the structural build of refinery modules, and layout of modular spools/ piping, vessels, and heat exchangers, GIS analysis for pipeline routing (develop route alternatives, high consequences area/community concentration, slope/section profile, features & land use identification, land concession & ROW buffering, length & area measurement, etc. I have performed duties as a Dimensional Control Engineer and Laser Scanner technician in many roles, such as party chief, and Scan Processing Engineer. In addition, I have complete knowledge and experience with 3-Dimensional Scanning Procedure and its data pre-post processing. Dimensional checking before welding and after welding base on approved drawing. Document all the report to client representative within time frame.
Dimensional Control Survey, 3D Laser Scanning, Pipe closing Spool Survey, Piping Survey, Fabrication verification survey for steelwork and pipe, Clash / Interference surveys for the replacement or installation of mechanical components. Corridor Surveys to ensure clash free routes or propose design changes. 3D models generated in AutoCAD using survey results.
Pile (Raker & Vertical) Position Marking, Barge & Jack-up Positioning, and dredging work (like Dredging Supervision, Barge positioning, Anchor shifting, Tide Level Checking).
Piping isometric drawing, Survey Alignment sheet, L- section, Cadastral Survey Map, Topographic survey drawings, 3D Modeling, Architecture Drawings, and Interior Drawings in all version of AutoCAD. Worked with the Civil CAD. Preparing & checking an isometric drawing, 3D modeling in NB Plant.
