Prashant Bhaladhare

Prashant Bhaladhare is having a MTech (MSc) in Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom and having more than 12 years of work experience in the construction and maintenance of various Infrastructure and Buildings projects both in India and United Kingdom. He has done his BEng in Civil from Nagpur University. He has worked in England nearly 5 years (2008 – 2012) for various Motorway Bridge construction and repair / maintenance schemes. He has worked in India nearly 8 years for various residential building projects in the field of cost-estimation, planning, site supervision, execution and billing. His key areas of working are planning residential building projects with optimum resources, monitoring the project to meet with the contract specifications, agreed budget & time and quality assurance. He is expert in handling planning softwares –Primavera P6 V8.3 and MSP 2010.
