• Leading in 30%, 60% & 90% model review & preparing tag close out report and delivering major steps like plot plan, equipment layouts, piping general arrangement drawings and piping isometrics

• Model review with respect to operability, maintainability, constructability and safety review, prepared 3D model review procedure, piping design basis and update, other piping related documents like support standards, piping arrangement, loading data etc.
• Developing layout as per process flow diagram, statutory requirements and local rules & regulations; actively engaging in piping & equipment modelling with Autodesk Inventor and isometrics generation
• Managing detail designing of piping & other structural works like conceptual design, detailed calculation, component selection, plan & part drawing, material selection, and so on
• Preparing work volume, piping material take off, tie-in dossier/ list, test block diagram, raising TQs, RFQ, MR, TBE of piping material
• Preparing and managing scopes of work, project scheduling & monitoring
reporting CTR generation and cost estimation / control
• Engaging checking all piping deliverables such as piping isometrics (followed up the Isometrics production curve), piping GA, various detailed drawings like nozzle orientation, platform orientation and other discipline deliverables which are related to piping like instrument data sheet, P&ID and Line list
• Creating design, material, construction packages, specifications, checklist, commissioning procedures and O&M & training manuals
• Contributing in technical evaluation & engineering coordination for approval of vendor drawings, QAP and data sheets in case of mechanical packages
• Contributed to HAZOP’s, HAZID
• Leading the engineering output of the piping work scope in-line with the technical specification, budget and planning
• Preparing material handling report for piping material (like control valve, PSV and inline material)
• Engaging in site survey for brown field projects and prepare site survey report
• Reviewing project specification and P&IDs; managing all piping technical queries & investigating all field pipework related problems, including the drawing of field sketches whenever necessary
• Provided engineering support from site to the engineering teams
• Planning, coordinating, and directing the construction work and construction subcontractor to meet all construction milestone dates
• Resolving the assigned submitted technical queries where possible and sign-off by sending remainder to home, office and drive close out
• Familiar with Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO), concept of floating (on board) LNG plants, a key component in offshore gas field development
• Attending project review meetings to evaluate progress & outstanding issues, handle debottlenecking and ensure the quality & timeliness of deliverables; extending support to team members by defining standard practices
• Undertaking all matters related to planning, progressing, reporting, manpower loading and general administration
• Preparing estimate project man-hour budgets, review budgets with project management and maintain schedule throughout the life cycle of the project
• Complying with all company Health, Safety & Environmental Policies & Procedures
• Ensuring maintenance of productivity & quality by subordinates; coordinating with other disciplines in site
• Monitoring the daily work activities of subcontractor and updating subcontractor progress report
