I would like to introduce my profile and current experience of 14+ years into travel, I’ve worked with various Corporate travel companies like Carlson Wagonlit travel, Wipro Travel Services and Kuoni Business Travel.

My Role was mainly into handling operations, i.e. assisting our clients with all their Travel needs like issuing tickets, hotel reservations, Car reservations, VISA Documentation and arranging insurances. I have worked for 2 years with Carlson Wagonlit travel as Team Lead and responsible in handling few of our clients, Since I was into operations, My role was Managing escalations & taking feedback of the Clients and Resolving the issues and Conduct Fortnightly meetings within the Operations team to discuss about the issues, complaints and compliments that we have received and give opportunity for the team members to give ideas to improve quality of service. Few major clients which I was handing were Siemens, Google and Texas Instruments.

Currently employed with Carlson Wagonlit Travel (Independently owned and operated by Orient Travel) as Senior Travel Consultant (Operations), Handling Six corporate clients with their travel needs like Air tickets , VISAs, Hotel and Car reservations etc.

As a person I describe myself who loves to explore opportunities and contribute. With a background in Travel with a Diploma in Intl Air Travel and ticketing and with the experience of more than 14 years in different Travel Domain which includes Domestic and International Ticketing, Hotel and Car reservation, Customer Care, Certified from British Airways with fares and ticketing, you will observe that I have skills and capabilities that enable me to contribute significantly to a given role. The role gave me an opportunity to demonstrate my Communication, coordination, analytical and leadership skills. I believe in the power of determination that leads me to be impact-full in whatever I do.
