• Dealt in preparation of Project Program, method statements, Quality management System, Project Quality Plan, Quality Manual & Procedures, Inspection & Test Plans, Coordinating and NDT tests, Performance Testing & handing over of finished work.
• Possess extensive knowledge of building codes, specifications and regulations for UAE. Can simultaneously manage multiple projects and frequently finish ahead of schedule as a result of effective staff development and motivation and workload planning.
• Experience in extensive project control, site management and design review experience gained in the tendering, estimation and execution of major construction projects.
• A skilled planner with expertise in formulating plants to ensure achievement of successful completion of turnkey project goals & establishing new systems for improving processes.
