Responsible for production of components in the Press shop as per weekly/monthly production program.

Machine Scheduling as per daily assembly plan in all three shifts. (includes CNC Turret press-AMADA, LVD press break, Straight sided presses 200T, 300T, 400T both two point & hydraulic presses, resistance welding machines 23 to 150KVA, Automatic Shearing machine-CTL etc.)

Interaction & coordination with quality control department, Tool room on matters related to quality problems & customer complaints.

To ensure quick response and corrective action to any problem related to Man, Machine, Material, and Method.

Involvement in Work Force Training, Multiskilling, Improvements.

Coordination with Tool room for trouble shooting of dies.

Carry out Kaizen’s for Productivity & Quality.

Practicing S.M.E.D, Poka Yoke.
