•Professionally & technically competent in all aspects of the Paint & Coating technology, with an experience of 11 years in the industry; familiar with typical Powder Coating industry requirements, testing, and raw materials.
•Currently working with National Paints Pvt Ltd., Sharjah as Assistant Manager –Powder Coating Division; possess extensive knowledge in the fields of Paint and coating technology, application technologies & production techniques to contribute to current knowledge.
•Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet required deadlines carefully, methodically and accurately; employs analysis and creativity to form productive systems and strategic business partnerships.
•Excellent math, documentation, communication and operational trouble shooting skills. Strong analytical and communication skills, resourceful with the ability to mingle with people easily and manage things amicably.
•Demonstrated ability to manage material resources towards the achievement of stated objectives, to plan & manage work programs and to lead, motivate and provide effective guidance to a team of professional and support staff
