An Industrial Quality Controller, having 10 Years of sound experience in the field of Welding Inspection and NDT, Involving in power, & gas projects, as per codes & standards such as ASME IX, B31.3, B31.4, 31.8, API 1104 & ASTM. Also well familiar with conducting PQR’s, WPS, WQT maintaining the records.
Having Experience in Quality Controlling in Welding Inspection, material inspection, Hydrostatic testing, work included materials verification, Fit-up Inspection, Visual Inspection, Dimensional Inspection, and Welding Process Control like Filler Materials, Backing gas, Pre-heat, and Inter-pass Temperature etc. Also well experienced in documentation including preparation of QCP,ITP , Weld History Sheet, RFI’s, hydro test packages & final project dossiers Fabrication, Erection.
