• Presently associated with ADNOC-Refinery(Takreer) Abu Dhabi(UAE), as a Operation Engineer for pre commissioning, commissioning & Operation of 1.8MMTPA capacity Anode grade based DCU.
• Responsible for the reviewing & verifying of DCU licensor "FOSTER WHEELER", Contractor(SECL) & sub vendor documents, technical details, technical queries and procedures.
• Coordinating with Technip(Licensor) & Samsung Engg for the FAT of Coke Calcination Unit.
• Leading a team for "Alarm Management System" implementation in Takreer DCU.
• Coordinating with YOKOGAWA for the DCU/CCU "Operator Training Simulator".
• Associated with ESSAR Oil Ltd, Jamnagar Refinery for six years, as a "Assistant area Manager" for the operation of 6.0 MMTPA capacity "Delayed Coker Unit" and 3.7MMTPA capacity DHDS, 220tpd capacity two trains of Sulfur Recovery Units, Amine Regeneration Unit & Sour water stripping Unit.
• Pre-commissioning, commissioning & Operational experience of three blocks of Delayed Coker Unit, Petcoke handling system, DHDS, SRU, ARU & SWS.
• Team leader for the revamp of Reformer based Natural gas feed Ammonia plant.
• Worked in Gasification technology based hydrogen manufacturing integrated with Ammonia process with the Cryogenic based "Air separation unit" and Captive Power Plant of National Fertilizers Ltd.
• Distinction of establishing "Health, Safety and Environmental" awareness among the team members in parallel with achieving the business goals.
• Certified RCA investigating leader, to investigate the incidents of DCU, SRU & DHDS unit of ESSAR Refinery-India.
