Handling Directly Team size 25 People of operation staff & Indirectly 45 People. Also Close coordination with All Warehouse / Fulfillment Center for further connection for Air, Surface & Train provide transportation & share cutt-off & vehicle utilization planning.

Responsible for all commercial guidelines like Waybills applicable/ Road Permit, Taxes, Entry Taxes, Transportation rules like No-Entry , Octori etc.

Inventory, inward outward documentation & coordination with 56 warehouses(Pan India) their documentation , Transportation selection .Encourage people for teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.

Manage customer service activities including order Dispatches,FTL, Part consignment, customer satisfaction & quality & quantity , ensuring that the service creates competitive advantage in marketplace & cost effective.

Overall responsible for product delivery, logistics vendors selection, Inventory control, Mis, vendor payments, Compliance report, transportation documentation etc.. NDR Reverse pick-ups Return manage.

Close Coordination with Sales and Marketing team for forecasting demand and process.

Negotiate with Transporter, short damage claim handling, insurgence claim process.

Ensure Company is in compliance with laws and regulations regarding transportation, Road Permit, Taxes , Octori Etc.
