Responsible for all functions relating to materials identification, design, testing, quality control, etc with co-ordinating QA/QC Manager and Controls Laboratory Assistants, the quality control testing of all materials of road and Preparation of Project Quality Plan, QA/QC Procedures, QC Plans and submission for client acceptance and approval. Monitoring the Sub contractor activities& Reviewing report such as Post tensioning work(Verifying Bearing trumplates,Duct and strand installation, friction test, stressing of tendon & Grouting) , Pile Load test(Working Pile & Test Pile),Pile Integrity test, Rip Rap works and Ensuring the activities are executed with their Approved QA/QC Procedure, Maintain NCR Log, Audit Log and CAR Log Ensure the control of Monitoring and Measuring equipment including sub contractors.Co ordinate for conduct the quality workshop.
