I have 11 years of sales experience and have experience of more than 7 years in Africa.
I would like to present my resume for your review and consideration. Having worked in the Strategic Planning & Execution, handled overall branch Operations and Sales & Marketing capacities, and most parts of my career involved in market expansion, and penetration, Launch of new products.
I have been successful in achieving financial objectives by preparing the annual sales budget, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions over the past for nearly 11 years. I have also showcased excellence in directing and maintaining efficient branch operations; assigning and evaluating the work performance.
My key accomplishments indicative of my experience in Dabur International include.
Directed business operations in all countries such as DR Congo, Republic of Congo, Cameroon, Gabon, and Ivory Coast for the Past four years. Recently I have been assigned to manage the Sales operation in Tunisia.Attained highest growth rate of 31% in the year 2014-15, and 42 % in 2015-16 in Sub Saharan Africa. Established multiple distribution and sub distribution points for Dabur and Namaste brands in all regions such as DR Congo, Gabon, Cameroon and Republic of Congo
My biggest strengths as Business Development Manager are the ability to grow revenue per customer & retain existing clients by motivating sales teams and ensuring they focus on the needs of our target audience. My positive attitude and ambitious approach to business has seen the teams that I have led deliver strong revenue and market share gains.
Prior to Dabur International I was employed in Olam International in DR Congo where I had my first independent role in managing the eastern Province of that Country and later on moved to manage the operations in the capital Kinshasa of DRC. Prior To Olam I had worked in PepsiCo India. Handled Beverage Division. Have handled cream markets of Bangalore and Chennai in India .
