I (Mr. T.Pradeep Kumar) Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Certified Boiler Operation Engineer having 19 +years of (Since Dec, 1997) Operational experience in Power plants (Thermal / Combined Cycle and Co-Generation), Petroleum coke, Steel and Utilities industries.
At present working as a Senior Shift Charge Engineer in Tihama Power Generation Co (1680 MW) owned by Engie located at Saudi Arabia having GE 7F &7EA gas turbines and HRSG boilers with supplementary firing generating power and steam for Saudi Aramco refinery units at RasTanura located at Saudi Arabia.
Earlier I worked as a Plant Control Engineer in Lanco Kondapalli Combined Cycle Power Plant of 1476 MW (with GE 9E and Alstom steam turbines & HRSG Boilers).
Worked as Asst. Manager for MMIPL (Mini Integrated steel Plant) producing Sponge Iron, TMT bars and Captive Power plant ( 40 MW).
Worked as an Operation & Plant Control engineer for Rain CII Calcinied petroleum Coke Industry and 53.5 MW Co-Generation Units by using Incinerators and Oil Burners
I gained 19 added years of complete experience in Power, petroleum coke, steel and Utilities industries of Operations, Erection, Commissioning, Execution, Coordination with O&M teams which includes High Pressure Boilers (Coal fired, HRSG’S, WHRB), Rotary Kilns, Incinerators, Steam Turbines, Gas turbine (both NG and Liquid fuel) through DCS panel operation system, MARK V, MARK VI control systems, Safety oriented systems, as well as familiar with ISO, International Power standards, Utility systems like Natural gas, Naphtha handling systems, Ash handling and coal handling systems and also in HV and LV switchgear Electrical operations. Having good experience in Project execution and commissioning.
