An engineering graduate by profession, I have performed multiple dynamic roles, as a Control System cum Instrumentation Engineer, by providing Engineering design solutions which include.

Extensive F&G system design (Lead for F&G upgrade) like bid evaluation / up-gradation / attended FAT in L&T for GE FANUC PLC, Dubai. Design execution successful for the complete F&G revamping in ADMA – ZCSC and benchmark design for all the other ADMA offshore F&G revamping projects. Design, site visit and yard support.

EGINA FPSO (TOTAL Project) – design team – Preparation of F&G Cause and Effect diagrams, Review of Functional Analysis of Hull systems, Review of Functional Design Specification, Typical etc, topside interfaces. Drillship Hull and Topside design – Preparation of F&G and ESD Cause and Effects, I-O list, Philosophy, HAZID workshop, Attended FAT in Norway, Kongsberg for Software K-SAFE safety system, Interface with NOV and Kongsberg, review and technical meetings with buyer and vendor

Field Instrument activities include preparing datasheets, procurement, issuing RFQ to making TBE’s, clarifications, issuing PO and vendor print reviews for several projects. Instrument Sizing like PSV, Orifice, RO. Familiar with Standards and rules like API, NFPA, ISO, IEC, ABS rule, MODU rule etc.
