ENGINEERING KEY SKILLS:
• Detailed Study & Review of P&ID to produce an Instrument Database.
• Prepare Datasheets for field Instruments
• Analyze Engineering Drawings e.g:Instrument and JB location layout,cable block diagrams,JB termination drawings,Loop drawings and Hook UP drawings including BOQ.
• Perform basic sizing calculations for Flow Element (Orifice),Restriction Orifice,PSV and Control Valve(CV Sizing).
• Review the vendor packages based on specification,Datasheets,Instrument related drawing.
• Perform calibration for Field Instruments/Equipments e.g:Pressure,Temperature,Level and Flow Instruments,Transmitters,gauges.
• Known and familiar with ISA, IEC, API, ISO and Shell DEP Specifications.
