Philip Tumusiime

A telecommunications professional with vast experience in planning, optimizing and managing radio access networks, network performance monitoring, and ultimately end to end holistic management of Network Operations. My knowledge in this industry is equally matched with field and engineering experience, and skills having worked in an active and running operations environment as the Head of Networks and previously in MTN Uganda and aslo Celtel Uganda now operating as Airtel, Uganda. I work to ensure that I use all the skills, concepts and ideas I can find in order to deliver the right service for subscribers.
From my experience as a leader, I have been able to get results through leading by example. I give my subordinates work guidance and labour to explain how each of there roles contribute to the overall achievement of the company vision, there by achieving a form of motivation as well as accountability and responsibility for their actions and decisions.
