A versatile Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 9 years’ experience managing a variety of construction projects, with strong skills in project planning, forecasting, cost control, and estimation. Fully qualified with a Bachelor of Science - BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management, coupled with an NVQ Level 4 Diploma (Quantity Surveying). Hands-on experience in executing quantity surveying work for a diverse spectrum of projects, such as governmental, leisure, hotel, university and factory construction. Gained rich exposure through working with esteemed principle contractors throughout the UK. An excellent communicator with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively with professionals at different levels and nationalities, and comfortable working in a multi-cultural set-up.
