• Interface with Various Third Party System such as all type of Water Based System, Gas Suppression, HVAC / AHU / DFCU / Smoke Control System / SSF / LPF/ BMS / Access Control / Door / Security Management System.
• Fire Protection System includes Sprinkler, Deluge, Pre-Action, Water Mist, Fire Pump, Stand Pipe, Foam Water & etc.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to network with project team members, Consultants, Contractors, statutory Stockholder agencies with consummate ease.
• Preparation of Method statement. Generation of commissioning report & submitting to client as part of project closeout procedure.
• Involved in FAT, Installation, Inspection, Cause and Effect Matrix, Testing and Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance and Provide Training to End User / Client Handing Over Project.
• Possess a flair for adapting modern testing instruments methodologies, systems in compliance with quality, NFPA & Local AHJ STD.
• Knowledge of Fire System Testing procedures and Project Management life cycles
