 Having in depth skills of Procurement, Execution of Projects, Project Planning in coordination with Contractors & Design teams, Construction Management in Co-ordination with services consultant, Architects, Vendors etc.

 Team Management ;-Supervise and monitor the performance level of the service staff to ensure superior customer service and satisfaction. Responsible for day to day operations, discuss current work issues and devise solutions for enhanced operations including staff supervision.
