With over 18 years of diversified sales and management experience, I am the Business Head - Manufacturing Sales at HBL Power Systems Ltd., a leading Indian company that specializes in batteries, chargers, and electronics for various industries and markets. I am responsible for the sales of industrial and defence electronics products with a P & L of over 7 million USD annually, and I coordinate and collaborate with domestic and export teams to achieve the annual budgets and targets.

As a strategic and customer-oriented leader, I develop and implement category plans and strategies, manage and execute sourcing projects, and collect and analyze customer feedback and market data to identify product gaps and opportunities. I also oversee the project budgets, billing, collections, and financial performance of engagements, and report the results and projections to the senior management. Additionally, I am an internal certified auditor for ISO 9001:2008 and have completed certifications in management accounting and strategic thinking, which enable me to ensure quality, efficiency, and innovation in my work.
