I have 15+ years of experience in Human resources into TA, TM, L&D, HR analytics and HR Compliance.

Having completed my Post Graduate program in management (General Management- Full Time) from XLRI, Jamshedpur in 2013 have also completed Post graduate diploma in business administration (HR) in 2005 and my Bachelors was in Computer Application in 2003 from Bharthiar University. I am currently perusing my PhD from AIMA. I am trained and certified on Six Sigma and ISO (Black Belt, ISO 9001: 2000). I have also been trained and certified by Thomas on PPA & Hay on Assessment Centers.

I have enjoyed my last 15+ years of experience into the field of human resources.With extensive experience in HR Frame work and HR Policies, I have worked extensively in the areas of HR Analytics, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Talent Development, Recruitment and selections, HR Operation & Strategic HR. I also have a proven record in Organizational Transformation Strategy and Business Process Re engineering and Management.
