Key Result Areas
Project/Logistic Management: Supervising project activities and handling the site logistic management cycle entailing requirement gathering and final execution of projects, plant & equipment activities. Maintaining everyday logistic activities, planning for job execution and assessing risk based on sequence of works. Finalizing requirements/specifications upon discussions with project management, technical collaborators, external suppliers, sub-contractors and owners/clients.
Plant Operations: Managing and Coordinating plant activities for the set up standards with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives. Monitoring adherence to quality systems and comply with ISO standards and maintaining requisite documents. Implementing quality procedures in the organisation to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect products.
Project Lifting Operation: Managing and controlling complete lifting operation in 3 different project sites including planning of requirement of lifting equipments and gears. Preparing lifting plan ensuring project requirement based on HSE plan and risk assessment. Maintaining lifting gears and equipments upon certifying by 3rd party, maintaining 6x monthly colour code of lifting equipments and records, organizing lifting team based on their skill to control lifting operation.
Erection & Commissioning: Undertaking direct supervision of erection and commissioning. Coordinating with suppliers, reviewing the technical specifications reporting the same. Finalizing requirements/specifications in consultation with project management/end users, engineering departments/collaborators, external suppliers.
Cost Estimation: Conducting cost benefit analysis of the projects including feasibility studies, Risk Analysis of Project Cost Estimation, assessment of the customers requirements, adaptation, and interface with available facilities. Undertaking detailed cost estimation for the viability & effectiveness of the project. Inspecting progress of work by contractors; overseeing the cost of various material & components.
Construction Management: Developing site organisation to suit the project needs; selecting construction methodology & implementation. Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise the output. Deploying suitable manpower/ equipments / materials & planning to ensure timely execution of the projects.
Maintenance Functions: Planning and effecting Preventive Maintenance schedules &Breakdown Maintenance of various machineries & instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability. Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M Expenditures and work within the budget.
Man Management: Managing a team of workmen and guiding them to address and resolve performance bottleneck along with imparting in house training. Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce; addressing training needs of staff to enhance skills and productivity.
