Myself a Graduate Electrical Engineer with over 25 years’ work experience in Facilities Management services across many sectors in India & Qatar. • Have managed accounts for Plant Maintenance, Projects Management, IT campuses, Education City & Business Development in Qatar. Have developed new business models for new line of Facility service.
• Have worked on business development & being successful with new contracts. Held Profit & Loss end to end responsibility of new business ventures in the organization.
• Have good understanding on application of standards for Reliability Centered Maintenance, developing CAFM software application suitable to needs on ground. Have worked on KPIs set on RELIABILITY CENTERED MAINTENANCE principles.
• Have managed facilities’ operations in multi-city locations based out of corporate office in Delhi & Mumbai. Have developed, launched and executed new line of service model with sole Profit & Loss accountability as General Manager of Roto Power (Tenon Properties Services) in Delhi, India.
• Have led team to conduct performance evaluation of infrastructures’ utilities systems, equipment, operation & maintenance, cost benefit analysis etc.
• Had been key member of Corporate Work place team holding position of Assistant Vice President in Bank of America Merrill Lynch and AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE corporate role. Managed engineering services for banking & call centers infrastructures across 12 countries in Asia Pacific region.
• Drawing up road maps for business development, launching new service lines, mapping customer base & benchmarking pricing across region.
• End to end responsibility of executing new line of business for prestigious clients like IBM, VODAFONE, UNINOR, AIRTEL and develop internal team to grow in technical service niche.
• Have held senior management level position in reputed multi-national companies across India and Qatar as CB Richard Ellis, Jones Lang LaSalle, Aviva Life Insurance, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and ETA ASCON Group Company in Qatar.
